elogos Team with Out Start to Deliver Training Solutions for Spanish

Out Start announced that elogos has selected Out Start LCMS to resell to its market in Spain and Latin America. According to a release, elogos will also utilize Out Start LCMS as a core component in its new lifelong learning approach.
